Applications Manager is not responding

Hi,

Last week I had problem with Applications Manager Web Client that there was no display (Reference -
"FW: [Request ID :##8428522##] : File download" ).

One of your support executives instructed me to update the Service Pack to 8300. But I didnt do the updation and fortunatlely I happen to get the access to Web Client after a Restart of Applications Manager.

Now I have another major issue. Applications manager is not responding to any of the commands, say startApplicationManager.sh or shutDownApplicationsmanager.sh or whatso ever.

I am not able to create any log file too using ./createSupportFile.sh utility. My web Client is also not opening. Application manager is now completely out of my control, doesnt start/shut down, no web client is displayed. I am not able to kill the application too.


Can you please help me out in resolving this issue?
