Applications Manager configuered monitors export

Is there a possibility to export the configuered monitors for backup or to import in a second Applications Manager instance.

I configuered our whole network to monitor (about 50 monitors), if the disk of the monitoring server crashes, the whole configuration will be lost.

I tried to backup the MySQL database (with MySQL Administrator), but a backup failes because the embeded db will be locked from the administrator and the Applications Manager is still running and can't access the locked db and fails, the Applications Manager with the db will be shutdown while the backup process is still running.

If I want copy the whole DB I can copy the DB directory to the new host. It would overwrite existing configurations.

A backup of the whole DB is in my opinion not neccessery, I don't need the collected data, I only need the configuered Monitors/Alerts/Threshholds/...

The best way would be an export/import configurations function in the Applications Manager.
