Applications Manager Availability Report PDF Header

Hi,

When we're specifying the Custom Period for availability report, is there a way to display this date in the PDF report header as well?

In the PDF, instead of:
Availability Report for {monitor group name} custom time period

Maybe:
Availability Report for {monitor group name} From Sep 1, 2009 10:22 AM to Sep 16, 2009 10:22 AM
