Applications Manager 6.0.2 and Service Pack SP2 released

Applications Manager has been updated with the latest service pack, with enhancements to the previous edition of Applications Manager 6.0.1.

Get the latest service pack of Service Pack 2 from
http://manageengine.adventnet.com/products/applications_manager/service-packs.html

This Service Pack can be installed over Applications Manager Build No.6004 and also Applications Manager 6010. This would automatically upgrade you to Applications Manager 6.0.2 (Build No.6020).

Major Enhancements include
1. Support For IBM AIX and HP-UX Monitoring
2. Support For WebSphere 6 Monitoring
3. Support For Custom Scripts Monitoring
4. PHP Monitoring Support
5. WebSphere Monitoring in Network Deployment mode is supported
6. JMX Notification Listener, SNMP Trap Listener is provided
7. Maintenance Task Scheduler (Downtime Scheduler) is Provided

Note: Free Edition is mainly provided for small business units. Typically less number of monitors are managed. Previously, up to ten monitors could be managed through free edition. But From this release onwards, Five monitors can be managed apart from the default monitors.
