Application won't start

I've just installed ServiceDesk Plus 7 Enterprise Edition trial version about a week ago to demonstrate it to our management in order to purchase it within this month. however, since the installation I could not start the application. Whenever I start the service the window just disappears and the web client won�t start. The software is installed on Windows Server 2008 standard. And here is my log from wrapper:
