I can't see how to have an email sent to me when one of the application monitor thresholds (AD, MSSQL, MS EX) is violated. If I click on Rules in the Notification Profile tab of one of these server types I can only choose to be alerted when one of the monitors goes down and not when one of the thresholds is violated.
