we have install ops manager and application manager in one server and ops manager can send sms via alert how can we configure application manager to send SMS. when we click sms configuration ins Application Manager it gives the following error.

 

Modem is not connected properly. Check your settings!       Admin > Configure SMS Server   SMS Server Settings   Ensure the following configuration steps are made.... Connect your GSM Modem to the Serial Communication Port. Modems Supported - Click to view the list of Modems Only a serial cable must be used for connectivity.
