Application Manager - Service is not running

Hi,

I am trying to associate the IISServer located in Windows server 2003 in my local machine. I have installed application manager in my local system ,,

Created new moniter group and trying to to associate IIS Server which is located in windows server in order to monitor application request and response.

Steps followed:
1) Pointed IP Address of server
2) SubNet Mask*
3) Port as 80 and also tried random port numbers range from 1 - 65535
4) Selected

Monitor Group

When cliking add monitor button throwing message "Service is not Running.
Root Cause:
Service port 80 not accessible from Machine 1"

Please help to resolve this..
