Application manager hardware & software configuration.

Dear Team,

We are planing to impliment the Advent Application Manager 8 on an enterprise level. Please suggest optimal hardware & software configuration.

Please consider below mention configuration which is available & will be used:

Server DL580 G4.
processor 4 x HP Xeon 3Ghz Dual Core 2x2MB (4MB) 800Mhz CPU Processor
Memory Total 8 GB - 4 X 2GB Ram
HDD 6 x 72 GB 10000 rpm & 2 x 146 GB 10000 rpm.
DVD Rom Drive
Smart array P400 wirh battery pack
ILO connection
2 x PSU
2 embedded Gigabit NIC ports

Our Questions are:

1. Disk spliting model for ex. Which RAID level configuration go for

A> Windows operating system - Planed 2 x 72 GB to be configured as RAID1.

B> Application Manager software & DB - Please suggest optimal RAID configuration ? (Available remaing 4 x 72 GB HDD).

C> Backup - Planed with remaing HDD - 2 x 146 GB to be configured as RAID1.
