Application Manager - failed to show device snapshot

I've installed OpManager and Application manager on my test-bed server successfully.
and what i'm trying to do is to configure and monitor some device of my network with OpManager first and then integrate OpManager with Application Manager, so i can monitor and manage rest of devices.
So,
I've added my devices to Opmanager successfully, and i'm pretty sure that integration between application manager and opmanager is correct, because in application manager i could view the devices which was added by opmanager before. after that i created a monitor group in appmgr and associated the devices with it.
when i enter to this monitor group i can navigate different tabs like availability, business view , ... and overall information just get updated in time and without problem.
the problem is, when i click on one of the devices (a device which was added by opmanager) in that monitor group, a pop-up window come up and try to get some page from this address :
http://192.168.0.31:9002/devices/objectdetails.do?name=192.168.0.127&requestid=SNAPSHOT&extProdName=OpManager&EXTDEVICEMASID=1
and after a second it will try to redirect to :
http://192.168.0.31:9002/LoginPage.do?printerFriendly=true&EXTDEVICEMASID=1&extProdName=OpManager&
but it will be stuck over there and simply nothing happen !!
just for making sure that if my application manager works fine, i try to add a Monitor directly from Application manager (without using opmanager), and i could enter to the device and check very detailed informations.
