Application hangs while editing the Request Details
Hi,
I have been using the demo version of Service Desk plus for a few days now, and I have encountered a rather annoying problem with the edit fields on the Request page. I have created a test administrator and user account, giving the administrator full privileges. Upon the submission of a dummy request, the administrator closes it and tries to reopen it as per the Administrator manual. Except, upon clicking the edit button for the Request Details field, the application freezes and does not commit the change in status, or any change in the Request details field. The “Processing. Please wait” window remains open indefinitely, yet no change is committed. I would like to know what is causing this and how I can resolve this.
