application/database cluster and availability

I use Applications Manager 8 (8100).

I'm currently trying to find out the right configuration for monitoring my system, which contains:
- Oracel RAC cluster
- Bea WebLogic cluster

If only 1 of 2 RAC cluster nodes is down, I want the monitor group DATABASE to be "availability: green" and "health:red".
If only 1 or 2 of 3 WebLogic servers is down, I want the monitor group APPLICATION to be "availability: green" and "health:red".

So basically, if there is still a WebLogic Server instance and a RAC instance up and running, for me, the availability is "green" -> meaning I have still "service uptime"!

My current configuration is:
MONITOR GROUP SYSTEM
--> MONITOR SUBGROUP APPLICATION
------> MONITOR WLS INSTANCE 1
------> MONITOR WLS INSTANCE 2
------> MONITOR WLS INSTANCE 3
--> MONITOR SUBGROUP DATABASE
------> MONITOR DB INSTANCE 1
------> MONITOR DB INSTANCE 2

How should I configure the Alert settings for availability and health at the subgroup levels to make this possible, because I don't get it right till now.
