I am looking for a software which could be able to monitor applications and SLA parameters. One of the main characteristics is that it could offer detailed information about TCP connections. For example, time to complete the handshake, retransmitted, lost, out of order packets, data rate, traffic volume between server and users (endpoints), tcp sessions, etc.

It´s a big network with thousands of clients.
