Is it possible for a requester user to be able to create tickets in multiple accounts within ServiceDesk Plus MSP without the need to create a separate user for each account?
Example:
We currently manage the following accounts within ServiceDesk Plus MSP:
MSP Account
Commercial Account
Additional Account
What we need is for one user, called 'Requester', to be able to generate tickets in all three accounts using the same credentials, rather than requiring a separate user profile or account for each of them.
