Apple Enrollment - Awaiting Device Activation
Dear Community, I have a problem to complete the MDM activation on Macbook device.
All configuration on the DesktopCentral side is done and it is connected to Apple Business Manager. Laptops automatically appear when hardware is added to ABM. I have synchronization with GSuite set as Directories. I've assigned a user to the device that is taken from GSuite. The following information appears in the devicestatus: Awaiting Device Activation" When I start the Macbook, the Remote Management window appears and the information that the laptop is added to my company appears, but I don't know what account to give the username and password.
I have already tried using the Gsuite account that is assigned to this laptop in DesktopCentral but it does not work.
Please help me to solve this problem.
