I have moved  Application Manager from one machine to another by using the following guide:

There is now a problem with with Disk Utilization.

All monitors with the ability to read Disk Utilization say "No data available to generate graph". This is for all windows, Sun Solaris and Linux monitors. I have added a dummy monitor to a windows machine and it also gives me the same error.

Attempting to troubleshoot it, I have installed a trial version of Application Engine on my machine added a couple of monitors pointing to some of the machines using the same users as the first application manager. The overall disk utilization in % on the same line as cpu and memory usage works on that, however the more detailed disk Utilization only works for windows machines. Using my machine is however not an acceptable solution.

No other monitoring issues seems to be apparent.
