App manager crashes and restarts on server when trying to access SMS server settings under admin
Previously app manager was co-hosted with op manager and I assumed the issue was that that op manager already had exclusive access to the SMS modem. Now that I have migrated app manager to its own host with its own modem, the same behaviour is exhibited. What logs would be helpful to diagnose this issue?
The modem model being used by each product is the same and I was able to select a com port when first installed but the crash happens every time I try and get back into settings from then on.
