Using the API I can create a request using VBScript using the AddRequest operation.

 

Am I correct in understanding that the UpdateRequest operation acts like a page edit on the request and changes values, descriptions etc?

 

If so is there anyway using the API to add conversations to the request, emulating the e-mail process?

Failing that maybe a MERGE process where by I create a new request and then merge with existing so I get the change for full history on the request.

 

Adding Notes will be really restrictive to content etc so would prefer NOT to go down that route.
