APC UPS - only seeing load and charge

Hi,

I'm just playing with OpManager 6 and have an issue in getting values displayed for anything other than UPS Load and Charge for the device.

I suspect the problem is that I am using the APC SNMP extensions supplied by the APC agent which is running on a Windows XP PC - so maybe OpManager refuses to believe the node is supplying the APC OIDs.

I have already changed the Device Type to APC UPS but this did not make any difference - I assigned an additional IP address to the host node to use purely for polling SNMP values but still the values do not show up - the OIDs required exist and do supply the values.

Any ideas?
