Apache server stopped

Apache server stopped

After shutdown of the Applications Manager the Apache server was down. The cause was this: The resource netmanage.ostrom.hif.hu_Apache-server_9090 is not available. am.datacollection.failure
I tried to stop and start AppManager, restart the machine, run repairDB.bat without success.
How can I resolve this problem?
