The official list of ports needed for Endpoint Central, does not mention 445/SMB. (Frequently Asked Questions | ManageEngine Endpoint Central). But we've hit a roadblock in using Endpoint Central, as the requirement for SMB didn't become apparent to us until we tried to manage DMZ devices.

Is there any roadmap for distributing software by alternative means (like SCCM does), or any working alternatives?
