I am experiencing a certain problem with users who are having problems with the message they receive from ServiceDesk.

"There is an active session for this user. Close all active sessions and log in again."

After clearing cookies, browser cache, clearing even all browser settings, checking on another browser. does not help.

Therefore I have a question, is there any other option besides restarting the application on production ?
