Another version of this product is already installed
We are in trial with ManageEngine Control Plus but get the error below when trying to install the agent on a Windows 10 Pro PC.
We have never installed the agent before. One thing to mention, we do use ManageEngine DesktopCentral so perhaps it's conflicting?
Any help appreciated!
