Another update to 5.5 Version. Build version 5506
Hi All,
Here comes another update to 5.5 version. The latest build version of SD+ is 5506.

Issues fixed in Hotfix- Build 5506:
* Closed requests are not opened when a reply is received from requester is fixed.
* Columns are not shown properly in "new request" form is fixed.
* Add solution button is not displayed in the New Solution's page when the language selected is French has been fixed.
* The mail body does not contain line break if user clicks "Toggle HTML Source" button (i.e. plain text format) and enters line feed while composing mail is fixed.
* In Japanese, "From" and "To" in Conversation view means other words is fixed.
Instructions to apply this hotfix:
1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server.
2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix.
5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
If you are prompted to take a backup of the existing data during installation of this hotfix, please do so.
