annoying startup issue

annoying startup issue

for 2 weeks, i was trying to install opmanager v5.6 successfully but howcome i couldnt get manage to install it or i have to say to start it.
-Tried in 2 Windows 2003 Standart Server machines (fully patched and registered), 2 Windows XP machines (these are IBM laptops, fully patched and registered)
-The installation phase go smoothly i choose the pro edition 30day trial version...
-After the installation finished the op manager wanted to start up the service-i click ok
-it succesfully open the iexplorer page and the startup page of the opmanager (in some machines the explorer opens but the blank page comes)
-PROBLEM 1-I close the iexplorer page and try to use the opmanager client, enter user\pass connect but it locks on the startup of the client says "Client Initializing...."
-don't mind close the opmanager client service and try to login on the web again...it works now...
-PROBLEM 2-I shut down the opmanager, then try to start it again from the startup menu, the loading screen comes; now guess it locks up again but this time the writing on the loading screen is "Initializing Web Server.............."
-PROBLEM 3-Never mind i think i do something wrong shut down my comp. and try it again...ohhh well it passes the "Initializing Web Server phase but it now lock up at "Configuring Authorization Services............"

THE END: I coulnd tested this program...this should be something related with java but i tried it with all java packages...i also tried to open the program from the command window, tried repairdb and reinitializeopmanager phases as far as i read from the forums...but totally failure...
