We created an announcement on Tuesday to display to technicians on Thursday. 

We also created two other announcements on Wednesday which were shown immediately. 

On Thursday, the scheduled announcement appeared but was displayed under the two announcements from Wednesday.

The expected behaviour is for the scheduled announcement to appear at the top and not in it's creation timeline.
