Announcement Text does not display

Desktop Central Build No. 90023

The announcement pushed to remote and local locations displayed the Annoucement Title correctly but with a blank message.  There is no formatting in the text of the message.

Upon <clicking & dragging> within the textbox, The text appeared in inverse and displayed correctly after 'un'-highlighting the text.

Also, upon a remote login, as the screen refreshed itself, the text displayed.

This occurred for both Windows 7 and Windows XP machines. All have java 7 update 55.
