Announcement: ServiceDesk Plus Cloud price hike update

Dear Customers,

Thank you for being a valued customer of ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

This is an announcement about the price hike across all editions of ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, effective May 20, 2024. Please note that this communication is intended only for customers of the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus.

Since its launch 14 years ago, ServiceDesk Plus Cloud has grown into a mature IT and enterprise service management offering, and we've continued to make investments in infrastructure, data security and compliance, and building enterprise-grade functionality, including:

  • Availability in over 18 data centers worldwide, complying with regional data security laws, privacy regulations, and local government policies. Please find the list of all ManageEngine data centers here.  

  • Hosting in best-in-class facilities, complying with key standards, including the ISO/IEC 27001, the ISO/IEC 27701, the ISO/IEC 27017, the ISO/IEC 27018, the ISO 22301:2019, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 2 + HIPAA, the GDPR, the CCPA, and the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad.

  • Major enhancements across all core ITSM practices, advanced workflow and orchestration capabilities, improved customization and extensibility, and more. Check the list of major releases here.

We are executing this price hike to factor in the additional investments required for us to provide best-in-class offerings in the cloud across ManageEngine and to manage infrastructure maintenance overheads. Please note that this price change does NOT apply to the on-premises version of ServiceDesk Plus.

As a result of this price hike exercise, your annual and monthly subscription costs will change in the upcoming renewal cycle. The updated pricing will be reflected on our pricing page and on the online store as of May 20, 2024.
