Announcement on Two-factor authentication availability in Supportcenter plus and much more

Greetings for the day.

ManageEngine Supportcenter Plus released Two-factor Authentication (2FA) and much more features along with its 11.0 Version- 11012 build release.

Please refer to the Migration path table available here and upgrade to our latest build.

Release notes are available here.

Please do the upgrade only in a test environment first and based on the result please do the upgrade on the Production environment. You can contact our support at support@supportcenterplus.com for any assistance.

Following is the support policy of Supportcenter Plus :

We stopped MYSQL Database support.
Unpublished V3 API support is not available.
