This change applies only to the agent app installed on end-user's mobile devices. It does not affect the Endpoint Central server app used by administrators.Why the change?
The new name, Self Service, better represents the app’s purpose for end-users. By simplifying the name, we aim to help end-users:
Recognize the app’s purpose at a glance
Independently access apps, resources, and upload logs on their own.
Reduce dependency on IT team
What’s NOT changing?
No changes to features, functionality, or workflows
No impact on app catalog, resources, or configurations
If you’ve rebranded the agent app's name or the logo, your customizations will be retained and no change will happen.
