Currently, end users can only see active announcement banners and there is no simple way to consult previous announcements or communication history.
It would be extremely valuable to introduce an “Announcement Archive” or “Announcement History” section accessible from the requester portal, allowing users to easily review past communications, maintenance notices, outages, policy changes, and internal IT announcements.
Ideally, expired announcements should automatically move into this history/archive section once they expire.
This would significantly improve communication visibility, user experience, and reduce repeated support questions.
