I have configured an automation for marking accounts which are inactive for 35days. These accounts must be disabled and an email must be triggered to their managers regarding the same. The task is disable users and notification is sent via the template. These are the filters.

Recently on 14th Jan an account was re enabled, but it was inactive so it got caught in the 15th Jan iteration and was disabled. The account was then enabled because we wanted to keep it active and the Description was updated with "EXEMPT-STALE". Inspite of that the account was picked up on 17th Jan and disabled again.
There have been multiple such cases where the account was re enabled and description was updated, which worked perfectly. But this once specific account was skipped. Is this a bug after the latest upgrade? What are the checks I can perform to better investigate?
