Analytics Syncing issue

Hello,

 

We are getting the following error in ServiceDesk at least once, if not twice a week:

FAILURE :ManageEngine Analytics Plus periodic data synchronization is getting failed in past 48 hours continuously, hence the whole ManageEngine Analytics Plus synchronization process is suspended. You can obtain the error log files from Support tab by clicking on the Support File link in the ServiceDesk Plus application and Capture the screenshot of Advanced Analytics Integration page or contact our support servicedeskplus-support@manageengine.com to resolve the problem. It is required to execute Re Synchronization process from the date since the process had failed. It is also required to reschedule the periodic data synchronization process too after resolving the problem.


I have sent an email to support, but given it's a .gz file it will most likely end up being filtered out.

I have attached the support file generated by ServiceDesk.

If we press manual re-sync, everything works fine.

The Analytics server is on-premise, Version: 4.5.0, Build Number: 4500

Service Desk is on-premise, Version 11.1, Build 11121

This issue has been going on a while, regardless the versions of software used.
