We are proud to announce that Analytics Plus is generally available now, and this power-packed version now has a host of new features. In addition to ITSM analytics (based on ServiceDesk Plus and ServiceDesk Plus MSP), the product now extends self-service analytics to ManageEngine's IT Operations and Support suite.

 

    Highlights of the GA release include:

  • Integration with Applications Manager and OpManager, with out-of the box reports and dashboards using operational data, pulled in from these tools.
  • Integration with SupportCenter Plus, with out-of-the box reports and dashboards using support data.
  • Direct connectivity to database to fetch data from local or cloud database.

  • Analyzes inventory, availability and performance data from all IT infrastructure components        to ensure that they are up and running.
  •  Examines alarm and event trends to determine patterns in alarm conditions, frequently failed      devices, applications or commonly occurring sources of problems. 
  • Provides insights into Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure, and optimizes capacity planning.
  • Presents dashboards of key business services, allowing teams to view and monitor them holistically.
  • Forecasts trends based on number of completed and backlog requests, ticket volume and trends, to improve customer satisfaction
