Is there a way to reset Analytics so that it is like it is a new setup - we keep getting the following error, but I am unable to login as it is rejecting my password and I cant reset my  password as the email never arrives? Can I rest from a cmd?

ManageEngine Analytics Plus periodic data synchronization is getting failed in past 48 hours continuously, hence the whole ManageEngine Analytics Plus synchronization process is suspended. You can obtain the error log files from Support tab by clicking on the Support File link in the ServiceDesk Plus application and Capture the screenshot of Advanced Analytics Integration page or contact our support to resolve the problem. It is required to execute Re Synchronization process from the date since the process had failed. It is also required to reschedule the periodic data synchronization process too after resolving the problem.
