Analizing a circuit with different upload/download rates

I would like to know if there is a way to tweak the NetFlow Analyzer to calculate the utilization of a serial interface based on different upload/download rates.
The circuit I want to analyze has a download bandwitdh that is not limited, and can achieve bandwidths up to the full access circuit speed of 2mb, but the upload is limited to only 768K.
Therefore, if I set the port speed to 768k, and if the download rate its greater than 768k, from its perspective download link utilizations exceed 100% .
