I have a rather unusual scenario... We need to do a survey in prisons and are planning on using either a Samsung Safe product or an iPad mini.  The issue is that, in order to be allowed into the prisons, we need to configure the device so that it cannot:

a.      connect to the Internet,

b.      connect to a wireless network (or bluetooth or any other type of connection)

 

If I use the MDM to disable the cellular data and the wireless and bluetooth connections then how will I be able to manage it when the device comes back to the office where I want to retrieve the data?
