An Instance of AdventNetManageEngine OpUtils already running
Hello, I installed Oputils to evaluate the software. I ran it for about 30 min. When I turned the computer back on. It would not display any screens in the browser; the browser just displayed Internet Explorer's "Page cannot be displayed" page.
To make a long story short. I UNINSTALLED IT AND REINSTALLED IT. Now it wont run at all. All I get is a java dialog box that say's,
"An Instance of AdventNetManageEngine OpUtils is already running".
The service is not running (It won't start because "An Instance of AdventNetManageEngine OpUtils already running") , and there is no process running in the computer, i.e. wrapper.exe.
I've installed and reinstalled it many times, manually removed the remaining directory and registry keys (I think I got all the registry items). and all I get is "An Instance of AdventNetManageEngine OpUtils already running".
Please help. I would really like to evaluate your software.
