Hello, good day.

I'm having the following problem generating the graph and/or image in the section:
REPORTS -> Trend Analysis Report -> “CONTROLLER” -> Downtime History.

The result ends with the following error: “An error occurred while generating the graph. Please create a support information file and send it to appmanager-support@manageengine.com.”

Note: This applies to any monitor that is selected.

Could you please help me with this problem? I've attached some screenshots of the error and the screens involved.
