If I try to Add a router, I always get " An error occured"

If I try to Add a subnet, I also get the same error: " An Error Occured", and I have emailed the diagnostic log to the support address offered by the error handler.

Do I need to do certaing preparations, prerequisite befor installing/running OpUtils.
