AM / PM instead of 24-hour clock in Service Desk

AM / PM instead of 24-hour clock in Service Desk

I don't find where I can adjust the clock setting from a 24-hour clock to an AM / PM clock.

Is this feature available?  If so, where.

If not, is it planned for a future build?

I am currently running 7.6.0 build 7605
