We have added quite a few categories in Help desk portion of service desk, the categories being added gets sorted in Alphabetical Order in main category addition page.
However, we find that when requester creates a new request, he does not see the categories sorted in Alphabetical order in the 'Drop down" List. It would be really User friendly if the list is sorted in Alphabetical Order.
This should be true for all drop down list. Like for Workstation ID field, Technician Field etc, which is not the case currently.
