Allowing Service Requests to be attached to Problems

Currently, only incidents can be attached to problems. Can we allow Service Requests to be attached to problems as well? There are instances where a Service Request is directly related to the Problem and needs to be attached to it; for example, if one of the steps of the resolution to the Problem requires approval, adding a task to the Problem itself is not applicable.
