Allowing requesters to edit servicedesk requests?????
How do I enable my users to be able edit opened requests? Sometimes, users need to edit their requests, unfortunately the opened requests do not have a feature enabled which will allow them to edit requests. Is there an option to give them this feature or is simply opening a new request the only option they have?
