We have many teams that use PMP for password storage and our administrators are currently required to fix any issues regarding improperly created resources.

If a user in team 1 created a new resource for a website and does not add it to the group (Team 1 Passwords) during creation, an admin has to manually go to the groups and add it.

I think it would make sense to add a check box to enable non-admins to add resources to a group they are a member of during the group creation process. This would allow admins to create global company groups that normal users would not be able to add resources to (same as now) but at the same time create groups for local teams that they would be able to add resources to themselves. If the checkbox is enabled for a group I think any user that is a member of the group with full modify permissions should be allowed to edit resources in the group. They should only be able to add/remove resources that they are the owner of. Only admins should still be able to add resources they don't own.
