I would like to suggest the possibility of assigning a single task to multiple users/technicians in Projects and Changes.

Currently, a task can have a single owner. However, in many project and change activities, the same task must be performed by multiple people.

A common example is a testing session:

Task: User Acceptance Test

Participants:

• User A
• User B
• User C

All three users should be assigned to the same task instead of creating three separate tasks for the same activity.

This would be particularly useful for activities such as:

• Testing and UAT sessions
• Deployments
• Workshops
• Change implementation
• Infrastructure activities
• Training sessions

Currently, creating a separate task for every participant duplicates the same activity and makes project planning unnecessarily complex.

Multiple task resources would also work very well together with resource capacity allocation, allowing Resource Management to calculate the actual workload of every person involved in the activity.
