Several managers in our organization have asked for the ability to view requests submitted by their direct reports. 

The current options under "Requester allowed to view" do not allow for this. 

The closest option "View all department requests" is too broad. If I set this for certain users who are middle managers, they are then able to view their own manager's requests along with anyone else who is in the same department/site.

We need an option specifically for "View all direct report requests" or (even better) a configurable filter.

The other problem with the "View all department requests" option is this works based on the  'department + site' combination. In our org we have departments that span several sites.
