Allow edit of top menu bar

Allow edit of top menu bar

Hello, running Opmgr 8723. 

Can you please add the ability to edit the top menu bar?  It would be much easier to drag and drop categories to the bar, instead of when working with lots of servers.... everytime "Servers, server, make change, Dashboards, servers".
