Allow customization of email alerts
Hello,
Running Opmgr 8723. I know we can edit the mail.conf file to change the look of the emails sent, but what about allowing custom files depending on the message being sent?
E.g., if a service is down/up - mail-servicedown.conf/mail-serviceup.conf
If a server is down/up - mail-serverdown.conf/mail-serverup.conf
This would allow us to add custom messages like "next steps", etc.
