Allocate License
Hello,
I am testing your Service desk system to see if it meets our requirements prior to purchase and am getting an error when i try to allocate a license. The screen print is attached, but what is happening is when i allocate a license to one PC, it goes in as 2 licenses to the same machine.
any idea what's happening?
